Program 59. The monograph "Fund for cultural giving 2008-2024: motor of musical life of Serbia" by Dr Stefan Cvetković, published by Sokoj – Organization of musical authors of Serbia, was presented in Negotin.
In Mokranjac's house, the monograph and the importance of the Fund were discussed, along with the moderator of the program, musicologist Maja Čolović Vasić, by: author Stefan Cvetković and director of Sokoj Dejan Manojlović.
This monograph presents a comprehensive analysis and history of the work of the Fund, which was established with the aim of supporting the development of musical creativity in Serbia and documents its role in financing numerous projects and programs in the period since 2008. by 2024. years.
Thanks to Cvetković's research for this book, we get acquainted with the criteria for the allocation of funds, as well as the categories of projects that were supported, including the publication of Music Works, Organization of concerts, festivals and educational programs. Also, the author analyzes the impact of the Fund on the professionalization of the music scene in Serbia and its contribution to the preservation and promotion of the music heritage.
The monograph serves as an important source of information for researchers, experts and anyone interested in the development of music culture in Serbia, providing a detailed insight into the functioning of one of the key institutions that shaped the country's contemporary musical landscape.

In the year in which Sokoj marks 75 years of existence, this monograph provides a panorama of the results so far, which number thousands of realized projects of institutions and individuals from all over the country. Др Стефан Цветковић (Београд, 1983) је музиколог, доцент на Катедри за музикологију Факултета музичке уметности у Београду, где предаје на курсевима опште и националне историје музике, историје и теорије пијанизма и методологије научног рада. Централно поље његовог професионалног интересовања је музичко извођаштво са фокусом на пијанистичкој пракси. Аутор је научних радова објављених у публикацијама у земљи и иностранству, као и низа чланака, текстова и критика у домаћој периодици. Био је приређивач зборника Музика у одјецима критике у издању Коларчеве задужбине 2017. године. Сарађивао је са дискографским кућама ЦПО, Страдивариус и Сонy Цлассицал као аутор програмских књижица више објављених албума. Између 2011. и 2015. године деловао је као музички уредник на Трећем програму Радио Београда, на којем последњих година реализује ауторску емисију из области пијанизма. Члан је редакције часописа „Мокрањац“, Удружења композитора Србије, Хрватског друштва Александар Скрјабин, Музиколошког друштва Србије и Хрватског музиколошког друштва. Добитник је награде из „Фонда Властимир Перичић“ Факултета музичке уметности (2010) и награде „Павле Стефановић“ Удружења композитора Србије за музичку есејистику и критику (2021).
