Program 59. The monograph "Fund for cultural giving 2008-2024: motor of musical life of Serbia" by Dr Stefan Cvetković, published by Sokoj – Organization of musical authors of Serbia, was presented in Negotin.
In Mokranjac's house, the monograph and the importance of the Fund were discussed, along with the moderator of the program, musicologist Maja Čolović Vasić, by: author Stefan Cvetković and director of Sokoj Dejan Manojlović.
This monograph presents a comprehensive analysis and history of the work of the Fund, which was established with the aim of supporting the development of musical creativity in Serbia and documents its role in financing numerous projects and programs in the period since 2008. by 2024. years.
Thanks to Cvetković's research for this book, we get acquainted with the criteria for the allocation of funds, as well as the categories of projects that were supported, including the publication of Music Works, Organization of concerts, festivals and educational programs. Also, the author analyzes the impact of the Fund on the professionalization of the music scene in Serbia and its contribution to the preservation and promotion of the music heritage.
The monograph serves as an important source of information for researchers, experts and anyone interested in the development of music culture in Serbia, providing a detailed insight into the functioning of one of the key institutions that shaped the country's contemporary musical landscape.

Stefan Cvetković, Ph. D. (Belgrade, 1983) is a musicologist, assistant professor at the Department of musicology of the Faculty of music arts in Belgrade, where he teaches courses in general and national history of music, history and theory of pianism and methodology of scientific work. The central field of his professional interest is musical performance with a focus on piano practice. He is the author of scientific papers published in publications in the country and abroad, as well as a series of articles, texts and reviews in the domestic periodical. He was the editor of the collection of music in the echoes of criticism in the edition of the Kolarac foundation 2017. years. He has collaborated with the record companies CPO, Stradivarius and Sony Classical as the author of program books of several published albums. Between 2011. and 2015. in recent years, he worked as a music editor on the third program of Radio Belgrade, where he has been implementing an author's show in the field of pianism. He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal "Mokranjac", the Association of composers of Serbia, the Croatian Aleksandar Skrjabin society, the Musicological Society of Serbia and the Croatian Musicological Society. He received the award from the "Vlastimir Peričić Fund "of the Faculty of Music Arts (2010) and the" Pavle Stefanović " award from the Association of composers of Serbia for music aesthetics and criticism (2021).
