At the City Square in Negotin in the program "Classics at 11" performed the "instrumental trio" consisting of professors of the negotin music school "Stevan Mokranjac" – Vesna Garabantin (cello); Valentina Dimitrijevic (flute) and Kristina Djukic (piano) – organized a classical music concert.
Members of the trio performed five compositions by Russian composer Dmitry Shostakovich – prelude, Gavotte, Elegios, Waltz and polka, then Trio for flute, cello and piano, Czech composer Bohuslav Martinou; as well as the composition "summer" from the "Four Seasons" cycle Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla.
Vesna Garabantin was born in 1991. in the New Garden. She finished elementary and secondary music school "Isidor Bajić" in the class of Prof. Judith Niederholzer Josifoska, and then the elementary and master academic studies in Novi Sad in the class of Prof. Imre Kalman. During her education, she won first prizes as a soloist and as a member of the chamber ensemble at international competitions. She attended courses with eminent professors: Istvan Varga, Laslo Meze, Aleksandar Latković, đorđe Bajić and Kajoko Yokota. During her training, she gained a lot of experience in playing chamber and orchestral music. She attended the Chamber Music Seminar where the lecturers were members of the Manhattan string quartet, Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, etc. She performed at the "Bolshoi" festival, as well as "Kotor Art". She played occasionally in the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra as a part-time performer, the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra, the Banja Luka Philharmonic Orchestra and the Subotica Symphony Orchestra. As of 2017. he works at the art school" Stevan Mokranjac " in Negotin as a cello teacher. He regularly performs as a musical performer at City events such as "Mokranjac days", "majske svečanosti" and "Negotin summer".
Valentina Dimitrijevic was born in 1992. in Aleksinac. She graduated from The Music Academy in Sarajevo with Professor Sakib Lačević. The master's degree was completed in 2017. years at the Faculty of Arts in Niš in the class of Professor anđela Bratic. She trained professionally at seminars with Karolina Šantl-Zupan, Laura Levai – Aksin, Dejan Gavrić, Ljubiša Jovanović, Straša Temkov, František Kantor, Hansgeorg Schmeiser. As a soloist, she has performed at the Academy of musical arts in Brno, Czech Republic, Theatre’ Orli’ Brno, Czech Republic,House of the army of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade accompanied by the orchestra’ Stanislav Binički "(conductor Pavle Medaković), in chamber ensembles at the National Theatre in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, The Music Academy in Sarajevo,at the music school "Stevan Mokranjac" in negotin. She played the position of first flute in the Armed Forces of BiH Orchestra, the orchestra of the Music Academy in Sarajevo, and the position of Piccolo flute in the Naissus Youth Philharmonic. He currently works as a flute teacher at the music school’ Stevan Mokranjac " in Negotin.
Kristina Djukić was born in 1985. years in Pula, Croatia. She finished elementary and secondary Music School in Negotin, at the theoretical and instrumental Department-piano, as a student of the generation. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts in Niš, in the Department of general music pedagogy, as a student of the generation. As one of the top 100 students of the final year of State faculties in Serbia, she was the recipient of the Eurobank EFG Savings Bank Scholarship. Pedagogical work began in 2008. in the school "Stevan Mokranjac" in Negotin and with his students he has achieved numerous awards at national and international competitions. She participated in choral workshops at Arena International, Pula (Croatia) 2015. and 2018. years. Since 2008. as a piano collaborator, she collaborated with Tijana Kos – sopran, the children's choir "Vivak" and the OMŠ Choir "Stevan Mokranjac" in Negotin, with which she made numerous appearances at competitions and in the "Mokranjac days". As of 2022. he cooperates with Valentina Dimitrijevic-flute, with whom he makes the "instrumental duo", and since April 2025. in the composition "instrumental trio", with Valentina Dimitrijević (flute) and Vesna Garabantin (cello).
